- Headquarters, US Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is seeking a potential source to fabricate and deliver Main and Drogue Parachute Supports for the Projectile 155mm Illum M485 in accordance with Main drawing 9213764K dated 6 Apr 01 and Drogue drawing 9 214152H dated 20 May 99. It is FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. This market survey is for information purposes only and not a request for proposal or an announcement of a solicitation. The NAICS code for this item is 332999 with a business size standard of 500 employees. Please indicate your business size in your response. The potential contractor may be required to: a. Produce a First Article Sample for government evaluation and approval approximately ninety 90 days after contract award and initiate production delivery approximately 45 days after First Article Test approval. b. Follow normal delivery schedule for subsequent options, when and if exercised. This information is for reference and planning only, a nd the Government will not pay for any information submitted or for cost associated with providing this information. Proprietary responses will be protected in accordance with the markings. Interested sources need to submit terms and conditions, d elivery schedule, warranty information, and estimated unit costs for budgetary purposes only. Also request you provide recommendations for the most advantageous delivery schedules. Assume 48,000-97,000 Main Supports and 26,000-52,000 Drogue Supports. Th is is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government. The information you provide will only be utilized by ASC in developing its acquisition approach for future req uirements.
