Description: The modification is for the acquisition of a Secure Voice Beyond Line of Sight (SVBLOS) communications capability for the I-GNAT-ER/Warrior A Unmanned Aircraft System. It will enable the provision of secure real time situational awareness of an enem y location between the user and the I-GNAT-ER/Warrior A System sensor operator. The procurement will consist of the acquisition of thirteen modification kits, including hardware, software, test planning and conduct, and integration of the modification k its into the Sky Warrior A aircraft and Ground Control Station (GCS). The modifications, which will enable secure communication between personnel in the GCS via the air vehicles onboard KU SATCOM and C-Band Link, will respond to an urgent need identified by the user. The modification shall be issued on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Incorporated. See Note 22.
