- Description
- The Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center (Guest Services Inc.), HC70, Box 330, Davis, WV 26260 for lodging, food, child watch, audi o/ visual equipment and conference space/meeting rooms on 15-17 February 2008. This requirement is to provide modern, clean and carpeted lodging rooms, breakfast, dinner and conferencing capable of accommodating 150 adults and 25 children in Davis, West V irginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110, size standard is $6.5 million. Lodging requires fifty (50) double occupancy rooms (2 double beds in each) needed for 3 nights beginning 15 February and departing 18 Februar y 2008. Non-smoking room are preferred. Three separate conference areas will be required from 15 17 February 2008 to accommodate 150 adults and 25 children during the conference. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
