- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote is a firm fixed price requirement to provide all labor, materials and equipment and all other related supplies to grow and deliver Longleaf Pine Seedlings. This so licitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code is 113210, size standard $6.5 million dollars meaning the annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years must not exceed $6.5 million dollars. Offerors are reminded that they must be registered and currently active with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at (http://www .ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. This RFQ will be available on or about 6 February 2008 on the Army single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (http://www.acquisition.army.mil) at no cost. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site daily for any and all amendments to the request for quote. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. All responsible offerors may submit quotes that, if timely received, will be considered by this Agency. All offers must be received no later than 10:00 A.M., 22 February 2008.
