- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to renovate lodging building 801. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is restricted to 8(a) certified construction firms having a bona fide office located in Region IV. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. This solicitation will be posted on or about 28 February 2008 and vendors are responsible for monitoring this site for the solicitation and any changes. Telephone request will not be recognized.
