- Description: See numbered note: 12 AND 26. 2540-01-528-1912, SEAT, VEHICULAR, being procured in accordance with ARC Manufacturing (3UKX4) P/N 3002SS-383-PKG, under FAR Part 15. Total quantity required is 440 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and there is also an option for up to 220 each, which or may not be exercised. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfq after the issue date 02/25/08. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 100. In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement is now appearing in solicitations. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
