- The purpose of this amendment 4 is to answer a question. Note that as a result of the questions and answers, the deadline to submit a sample backer and quotes was extended to January 23, 2008; samples must be received by January 23. Question: Please provide any information about the NRA-certified paper. Answer: The NRA has licensed a number of companies to print Official NRA Targets and those companies are also supplied with paper for those Official NRA targets and other targets. USSS requires either NRA certified paper or an equivalent to be considered for award. Experience has shown that targets must be printed on suitable paper in order to easily score targets with defined bullets holes without rips and tears. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JAN-2008).
