- The purpose of this amendment 1 is to answer questions. The deadline remains as Friday, January 18 at 2 PM EST. Question: Please provide the pricing for the last award. Answer: The basis for award made in FY2005 has changed from this new requirement. HSSS01-06-C-0005 for base plus one option year had a total obligation of $112,053: Fitness Coordination Certification Course (2 classes, 4.5 days each, max 40 people) cost $34,000.00 Nutrition and Fitness Classes (24 courses, 2 hours each) cost $10,200.00 Online Fitness Coordinator Review Courses (max 80 people, 140 people took this course) price per person $168.95 NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-JAN-2008).
