- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Network/VISN 6) has a need for Community Based Dialysis Services for its' eligible beneficiaries served by the VA Medical Centers, Asheville, Durham, Fayetteville and Salisbury, North Carolina. Services are needed for a period of one year with two one year renewable option periods. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621492. Size standard is $31.5M. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 15. Solicitation packages will be available on or about November 5, 2007.
