- Description
- This acquisition was previously synopsized under SPM4L107R9001. The solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6135-01-438-9450 Battery, Nonrechargeable, Lithium Sulfur Dioxide and NSN 6135-01-523-3037 Battery, Nonrechargeable, Lithium Sulfur Dioxide with state of charge indicator (SOCI). The base period is two years. Provisions will be included to extend the term of the contract for three one-year option periods. Estimated annual quantity combined total of approximately 69,500 PG. Surge and Sustainment provisions will also be included. Contractor First Article Testing and Safety Assessment Report required. Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open Competition applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Notes 13 and 26 apply. Issue date: November 30, 2007. The solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
