- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide grounds maintenance under a performance based contract for the NOAA National Weather Service Forecast Office, located at 810 Main Street, Caribou, ME 04736-4452. Period of Performance will be 01 May 2008 through 30 April 2009, with four one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS number is 561720 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million annually. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial item acquisition on or about January 9, 2007, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. To be eligible for award the offeror must have a valid DUNS Number and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JAN-2008).
