- Description
- Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract to provide all equipment and supplies, personnel and transport necessary to provide and install identification (ID) badge printing systems, assist in making the required site specific identification badges and perform on-site system training to DDESS personnel at 17 locations. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-08-R-0001, and is issued as a Request for Proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties should ensure that their information in the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/, is accurate and current. This requirement is unrestricted. Offerors shall submit their offers in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 5:00 PM EST, 18 February, 2008.
