- THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS CODE 484110. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation M00262-08-R-0007 may be downloaded from this announcement. The Request for Proposal document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 August 2006. The United States Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite quanity contract with four (4) options years for local drayage services as a result of this solicitation. The award will be to the Contractor who offers the Best Value to the government in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 "Trade-Off process" in accordance with the attached "SCOPE OF WORK". Applicable provisions/clauses applying to this acquisition are included in the attached solicitation. Return a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 "Offeror Representation and Certificatoins - Commercial Items (Aug 2006) with your offer.
