- NSN 6K-8145-012865679-V2, TDP VER 004, REF NR 434E001, QTY 68 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. First Article testing is required for this procurement. A cost factor of $10,000.00 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price of all offers forwhom the government will require such testing. This acqusition will be 100% set aside for Small Business. Drawings/technical data package is available through the NECO website at www.NECO.navy.mil This website will provide contractors with a direct link to FedTeds for the drawings/techincal data package. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Additionally, all offeros must be registered in ORCA. Offeros must check the on-line application at https://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx. All offerors are notified that a reverse auction may be conducted in response to the solicitation.
