- Description
- This is a one year contract with an option to extend for one additional year. The work consists of maintaining grounds encompassing approximately ten (10) acres at the Salem District Office Complex (SDOC). This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is February 13, 2008. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
