- The US Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District, CENWW-CT, 201 North 3rd, Walla Walla WA 99362, intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Digital Angel Corporation, South Saint Paul MN 55075, for the purchase of Passive Integrated Tra nsponder [PIT] tags Model #1485B. Quantity: 37,500, total award amount $84,375.00. Delivery is required not later than 10 March 2008. Award will be made on a sole-source basis in accordance with the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. New technology has been developed by Digital Angel. Digital Angel currently has a patent which meets the detection efficiency standards for use in the Federal Columbia River Power System. NAICS code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employee s.
