- This Solicitation will replace W912EK-08-T-0057 in it's entirety to correct titling error. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 22 January 2008. Provide all labo r, materials equipment and supplies to perform Fee Collection Services for Shady Creek Recreation Area. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 561110 will apply with the size stand ard of $6.5 Million. This work will be awarded as a performance-based contract. Performance-based means the Contractor is responsible for a quality end product. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Experience, Past Performance, and Price. Contracts will be awarded to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible, compliant vendor. Experience and Past Performance are significantly more important than price. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 22 February 20 08 at 4:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbizopps web site for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FA R Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
