- The United States Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL 35898-5000, AMSAM-AC-AP-A, intends to procure the supplies/services described by other than full and open competition. The nature of this contractual actio n will be a modification under Basic Ordering Agreement W58RGZ-05-G-0005 Delivery Order 0029 with McDonnell Douglass Helicopter Company (MDHC). This procurement is for the purchase of 574 modification kits for the Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) Fift h Sensor (5S) for the AH-64D Apache helicopter. Period of Performance for this effort is contract award through December 2010.
