- The purpose of this amendment is to change quantities for line items 0001AB, 0002AB, 0003AB, and 0003AC. This RFP also requires a signed and certified DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Data Agreement. See Attached Letter for further Information. The closing date for this solicitation is extended from 11 February 2008 to 19 February 2008 at 3:00 PM, EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged as a result of Amendment 0002 (Document No. 0001) to Solicitation W15QKN-08-R-0338.
