- Per the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 of 29 May 2003 (Revised), the U.S. Army Contracting Agency Southern Region (ACA-SR) Yuma, AZ 85365 intends to issue a solicitation for the Public Private Competition of Logistics Services at the U.S. Army Garrison, Directorate of Logistics (DOL), White Sands Missile Range, NM. The Logistics Services consist of Logistics Plans and Operations, Supply and Services, Maintenance, and Installation Transportation Services. The place of performance is located at the U.S. Army Garrison, DOL, White Sands Missile Range, NM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $32.5M in average annual receipts as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Th is will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will provide the phase-in period and performance period that will include a base period of 1-year with four 1-year option periods. It is anticipated that solicitation W9124R-07-R-0010D will be p osted to Federal Business Opportunities and the ACA-SR Yuma website http://www.yuma.army.mil/site_contracting.asp under RFPs on or after 22 February 2008.
