- MODIFICATION NOTICE: Bids are being solicited under solicitation number W16XU773480001. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The contract must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's contract. Sellers may offer Open Market items only in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective contract AND approval from the soliciting contracting officer. Drum requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001, Projector: LCD Multimedia projector, 4000 ANSI Lumens; Input: Computer, VGA: D-Sub 15-pin xl DVI-I x1; Video; Video Component: Video thru VGA S-Video x1; Composite: RCA x1; Audio: Mini Stereo x3; Must be compatible with: NTSC, NTSC4.43, PAL, PAL-60, PAL-N, PAL-M, SECAM, HDTV 480i/60Hz, 480p, 575i, 576p, 720p, 1080i/50Hz, 1080i; Minimum Pixels: 1470,000 x 3; Minimum weight is 10.6lbs and Maximum weight is 12lbs; Fan Noise: Maximum 35 db; Power Requirements: AC 100-240v, 50-60 Hz; Lens: F1.85-2.5, f+21.7-35.8mm minimum; Zoom: 1.7x minimum; Native Aspect Ratio 4:3; Front projection is required. Desired options: Auto focus and LCOS Reflective LCD Panel: for setup and configuring. Suggested Model: Canon Realis Sx7 SXGALCD or equal., 1, EA; For this solicitation, USA ACA Ft. Drum intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. USA ACA Ft. Drum is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.
