- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) intends to award a new sole source firm-fixed-price contract, with cost reimbursable items limited to ODCs and travel, to CMG Associ ates, LLC (CMG), 891 Cedar Wood, Carmel, IN 46032, for the Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis, Army Game Project (AGP). This procurement is being made under the authority of 10 USC ? 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no ot her supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This contract will bridge the support gap between an existing contract soon to expire, and a new competitively-awarded follow-on contract. The bridge contractor will continue providing mark eting, public affairs, website and network support, and software operation, upgrades and maintenance, and related services for support of the Americas Army computer game. Specifically, the contractor provides back-end network infrastructure support and server hosting for Army Game Project owned and leased servers that provide critical network infrastructure for the entire Americas Army game. The back-end network infrastructure support was developed and specifically designed to allow the Americas Army game to be on the cutting edge of computer gaming. The contractor plans, creates, hosts and supports hundreds of game tournaments and other events every year. These events are coordinated with recruiting offices around the country. Requirements inc lude unique mobile marketing displays, hardware, software, and network infrastructures to support the Americas Army software and its users. Work includes legacy, current and new state-of-the-art systems and software. Virtual computing software and equip ment are maintained and operated by the contractor This announcement is not a request for competitive quotation.
