- Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for rental of one D-9R Dozer or equivent (with Operator) for a period Not to Exceed 30 days or 240 hours to start not later than 15 February 2008. This requirement is being offered as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238910, with a small business size standard of $13 MIL. This Request for Proposal will be evaluated on price. The Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only, via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov).
