Description: The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Base Training and Education Services Technology Support. The BPA will be for a period not to exceed 5 years. Please see below Statement of Work for details on the services requested. Wage Determination WD 2005-2131 Rev 04 dated 29 May 2007 applies to this requirement.
