- Description
- Contractor to provide radiation oncology services to eligible beneficiaries within the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Healthcare System which consists of VAMC in Baltimore, Loch Raven and Perry Point, MD. All services are to be performed at contractor facility. Facility must be within a ten (10) mile radius of the VA Medical Center, 10 North Greene Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. NAICS 621111, size standard $9 million. Base year with four-one option years. Period of service: Date of Award - 3/31/09. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13 or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. Solicitation documents will be available for download as of today. Offerors are advised that they are responsible downloading all documents, including amendments. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer via email or fax. Faxed and/or emailed proposals will NOT be accepted. All proposals are to be delivered to the VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Bldg. 308B, Martinsburg, WV 25405.
