- Description
- The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement (VA 664-08-2-554-0007) in accordance with Far Part 13 with Andrew Steven Delarosa under authority of Far 6.302-1. This procurement is for a Project 2 Startle Assessment Coordinator. This position shall be responsible for establishing and standardizing the multi-test systems and standard operating procedures needed for psycho physiological studies involving electromyography startle and heart rate assessments. This task will include setting up these systems for pilot testing of subjects. In addition, this individual shall be directly responsible for training of all technicians in the heart rate assessment measures. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, February 12, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
