- This announcement is a Request for Proposal. The applicable NAICS is 611430: The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. FAA reserve the rights to make a single or multiple awards. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The FAA has as a requirement for a follow-on procurement to extend the Direct User Access Terminal (DUATS)Services. The Duats services has a secured web-based system capability (FAA Qualified Internet Communication Provider QICP)Certified), with a turnkey connectivity that allow users to obtain current weather and aeronautical information. Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) information graphical temporary flight restrictions (TFRs) and flight planning services, including the ability to file, amend, cancel and close flight plans. Questions to this announcement may be submitted via email only to the address noted below. The contract type will be firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity. The contract will be a 60 months with one base year and four options. All responses to this announcement must be directed to Tokunbo Aderele, Contracting Officer not later than 2:00PM (EDT), March 25, 2008. Packages should be submitted via CD-ROM/USB.
