- NSN 6220-01-502-1852, Headlight. In accordance with 19207 U.S. Army Tank Automotive Command. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Delivery is 59 days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Procurement was solicited as a SDVOSB requirement utilizing Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 806 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 202 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 25 February 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
