See Notes 22 and 26. Subject requirement is for acquisition of one (1) NSN for various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4730. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Contract for which delivery orders be placed for five (4) years. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 Feb 2008 at https://www.dibbs.bsm@dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of the contract includes the acquisition of a 1 B item of supply. The AMSC code implies that this is a Source controlled item. The delivery for this acquisition will be for FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five (5) years. The final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery, past performance and evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: Unrestricted.
