- Description
- DESC intends to award on a sole source basis, a requirement of 194,400,000 gallons (2-year base period - 129,600,000; 1-year option - 64,800,000) of TS-1 (Russian Grade) Jet Aviation Fuel, NSN 9130-01-491-2201 to be delivered by pipeline (FOB Destination) from Red Star Enterprises Limited's facility to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan. This requirement is solicited in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. This is a multi-year procurement. Period of performance is 1 SEP 08 - 31 AUG 11. The terms and conditions of Solicitation SP0600-08-R-0208 will be incorporated into the contract award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 MAR 08.
