NSNs & Item Descriptions: 6625-00-130-0036 - METER, ARBITRARY SCALE; 6625-00-722-6351 - AMMETER; 6625-00-726-3022 - AMMETER; 6625-01-071-3271 - METER, ARBITRARY SCALE; 6625-01-394-8206 - METER, ELECTRICAL FREQUENCY; 6625-01-412-3365 - METER, ELECTRICAL FREQUENCY. The anticipated type of contract is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (ICQ), the total estimated annual quantity for all NSNs is 472 ea. Items to be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. Unit of Issue: EA. Delivery Schedule: 6625-00-130-0036 - 180 Days; 6625-00-722-6351 - 180 Days; 6625-00-726-3022 - 70 Days; 6625-01-071-3271 - 70 Days; 6625-01-394-8206 - 70 Days; 6625-01-412-3365 - 70 Days. The solicitation will be available on DLA?s Internet Bid Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on its issue date of September 7, 2007. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6625. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
