- This notice will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This competitive acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. This requirement is for providing the required engineering, material and labor to install an automatic adjusting power factor capacitor to ensure the building power factor remains between 90% to 100%, located at 304 E. Broadway, Bismarck, North Dakota 58501. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210 with a size standard of $13 million. The technical evaluation factor is past performance. Technical will be equal to price. The Solicitation will be issued on or about February 22, 2008. Security clearances will be required for all workers. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be furnished to all interested parties by mail.
