- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Test Pilot School has a requirement for Flight Demonstration in the HU-16 Grumman Albatross aircraft. Period of Performance for this training is 7 Mar through 11 Mar 2008. Due to the unique nature of this training and aircraft, the Government intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with American Warbirds. The Qualitative Evaluation Program institutionalized within the USNTPS is a major facet of the curriculum that provides a wide variety of varying flying qualities and performances characteristics to the students. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
