- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow- up information requests. USPFO for Massachusetts Contracting Office is reviewing potential sources for the establishment of a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agree ment (BPA) for providing Full Food Wholesale Distribution Services for the Massachusetts Army National Guard statewide. Expected period of performance is one year with options possible to extend up to four additional years. All interested contractors shou ld contact my office by email at dennis.a.ayotte@us.army.mil by 1:00 p.m. on 22 February 2008. Contractors must include their business size and type, (Hubzone, 8a, etc). Prospective contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to award of a DOD contract.
