Description: Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, spec ified in the specification, or as needed to replace Roof at building 81 at Middletown, Pennsylvania. Harrisburg International Airport is an Air Force installation that is located in Middletown, Pennsylvania. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238160 with a size standard of $13M; the SIC code is 1761. This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract; award will be made based on the Best Value to the Govern ment in accordance with FAR 15.101. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. The estimated disclosure of the magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Payment and perfo rmance bonds will be required within ten days of contract award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a gov ernment contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
