- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is issued. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York has a project to Refurbish Hangar A and Hangar B Awnings at the 106th Rescue W ing. The services will be performed at the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Solicitation number W912PQ-08-T-0010 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cir cular 2005-23, effective 25 January 2008. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 10 am on February 22, 2008 at the 106th Civil Engineering Conference Room, F.S. Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY. All potential bidders are required to notify Fred Rodriguez at Fred.Rodriguez@nysuff.ang.af.mil if you plan to attend. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 238990 and the size standard is $13 million. Firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Reg istration (CCR) before an award can be made.
