- We intend to award a sole source contract to Wagner Equipment Company, 1800 Smith Road, Aurora, CO 80011-3511, to purchase eight (8) each 4000KW light tower sets, with minimum 50 hrs and withstanding 60 mph winds. The 4000KW light towers are only m anufactured, developed, and maintenance by Wagner Equipment Company who has proprietary rights. The 4000KW light tower sets are compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the autho rity of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
