- We intend to award a sole source contract to Wagner Equipment Company, 1800 Smith Road, Aurora, CO 80011-3511, to purchase one (1) each 10,000 lb, 56 ft extendable boom rough terrain forklift, Genie GTH 1056. The terrain forklift is only manufactur ed, developed, and maintenance by Wagner Equipment Company who has proprietary rights. The terrain forklift is compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 , Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
