- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There is a requirement for all applicable maintenance and services for nine Panasonic DP6030 copiers. The applicable NAICS code is 423420 with a size standard of 100 employees or 811 212 with a size standard of $23 million. This requirement is for a 12 month base year period as well as two option years. Pricing for all years needs to be included within the proposal. This will be a 100% small business set-aside. We make payment by DF AS, therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates t hat all of the above capabilities are met. Please include your Federal Tax ID number and DUNS number on your proposal. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 211-11 ($ 3000), FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 42.212-5, FAR (52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-14, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232.33, 52.232-36).
