- Description
- The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to make a sole-source award to Monaco Enterprises, Inc., 14820 E. Sprague Ave., Spokane, WA 99216. The service to be procured is periodic maintenance and inspection on all D21 fire alarm system equipment and training on D21 features. The NAICS code is 811219. Under the authority provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Interested parties are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and other data pertinent to their ability to provide the same type service without voiding the warranty or maintenance agreement of the equipment no later than 4:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, 13 February 2008. Written response must provide clear and concise documentation indicting your firm?s capability to provide the proprietary services. This is not a request for proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of an evaluation of the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in the Contracting Officer?s assessment of capable sources. Only email responses will be permitted. If after 4:00 P.M., EST, Wednesday, 13 February 2008 no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, the Contracting Officer shall initiate a contract award solely to Monaco Enterprises, Inc..
