- 727th Aircraft Sustainment Group (727 ACSG) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of a market research only. The 727 ACSG is seeking sources that may be capable of providing Sustaining Engineering for 179 T-1A aircraft beginning in FY10. The T-1A is a twin-engine Hawker Beechjet 400T, a business jet modified for training USAF military student pilots. Hawker Beechcraft Corporation and/or its subcontractors retain all rights to commercial data. The contractor will be required to conduct nonrecurring engineering, including kit proofing and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) development to support aircraft modifications. The contractor will also be required to develop repairs and resolve deficiencies uncovered by the Operating Command (Air Education and Training Command) and its maintenance organizations. There is no solicitation package available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
