This solicitation SPM4A5-08-R-0357 will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract (FFP) with 100% option. The OEM is Eaton Corp., Cage 00624, P/N AE20074166. The NSN and Quantity are as follows: NSN 2915-01-493-8025; Quantity: 72 each, 100% Option 72 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
