- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to procure 113 sole source, non-commercial, part numbered items from Eaton Corp. (Cages 00624 and 8W928). It is anticipated that award will be made as a subsumable contract under Corporate Contract SPM400-03-D-9409. The contract includes a four-year base period and two, three-year option periods for a total of ten years. The contract is currently in year five of option period one. This procurement will not include any items that have a competitive data package. The procurement is unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Terms are fob origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Orders will be issued for DLA Direct Buys (Stock) only. The 113 NSNs and part numbers are available upon request. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN. Note 22 applies.
