- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. The Government anticipat es awarding a contract for a Falk Coupling, P/N 1090GL20-4, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District. This action is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS Code is 423830 with a size of 100 employees. The solicitation wil l be posted on or about February 1, 2008, at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi-click on contracting opportunities search, enter W912EQ% in the solicitation number, click on the solicitation number, at the bottom for the next screen click on attachments, c lick on the pdf file and the solicitation will opening up.
