- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Murfreesboro, TN is soliciting responsible contractors to provide security guard services at the VA Outpatient Clinic, Chattanooga, Tennessee. THIS IS A FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT AND THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. The NAICS code is 561612. No telephone requests will be honored. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time are included in the solicitation.
