- This solicitation is hereby amended to address potential Offeror questions that have been received in response to this solicitation. The due date for proposals is extended to Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at no later than 3:00pm. Question 1: What is the specific level of maintenance/support service, either standard (M-F 8-5) or Premium (24x7, 365 day)? Answer 1: The required support is BlueArc ?Premium Plan? hardware support and BlueArc Software Support. See http://www.bluearc.com/html/support/offerings.shtml. Question 2: What was the current (expired) level of services, for example 24x7 remote phone support with 4 hour on site parts response? Answer 2: Until January 10, 2008, NIST had BlueArc ?Premium Plan? hardware support and BlueArc Software support Question 3: Is NIST soliciting a continuation of the previous service level or will other service level options be considered? Answer 3: NIST requires the same level of support referenced in the answer to Question 1 above. Question 4: Does NIST own and/or maintain BlueArc spares on site now? Answer 4: No. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
