- This modification changes the previous point of contact from: Eliana Zavala 202-307-7812 (T) 202-307-4877 (F) to: Paul Osterhaus 202-307-7809(T) 202-307-4877(F) The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) hereby solicits your proposals to satisfy the requirements as set forth in the subject RFP to perform hazardous waste removal and disposal services. This solicitation is Full and Open and will solely be issued on or about May 24, 2007 at DEA?s acquisition website at http://www.dea.gov. Click on Acquisitions; Then Open Solicitations. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copies of the solicitation and any amendments. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of proposals or to contract for this service. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in the solicitation. You are reminded to carefully review the document and fill in all appropriate information where required, including all representations and certifications. Your proposal must be received by the date and time specified in Section L.17 of the solicitation in order to be considered.
