- NAICS Code: 51332 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), National Air and Radiation Environmental Laboratory (NAREL) under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Rules (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless for cell phone modem service for RadNet Fixed Monitors. Based on market research, the EPA believes that Cellco is the only source for this requirement as Cellco was the original provider of cell phone modern CDMA service and maintaining the current service provider is essential for the upcoming period to maintain continuity of service and to prevent impairment or catastrophic failure of critical data transmission, and prevent loss or undermining of scientific data. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a response, which if received within two days of the closing date of this announcement, will be considered.
