- THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AS PER FAR PART 52.232-18. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking a vendor for the operation, management and maintenance of its Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Plant located in Fort Worth, Texas. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor and materials to provide this service and complying with all applicable Federal, state and local regulations and permit conditions. In addition, the Contractor shall be responsible for complying with any and all BEP policies, procedures, guidelines and requirements. Refer to the attached Solicitation documentation for additional details.
