- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract to Transparent Language, Inc., 12 Murphy Drive, Nashua, NH 03062 to provide a comprehensive language education and learning software suite in support of Center for Information Dominance (CID). This foreign language program is to be used Navy wide. All referenced technologies, including CL-150 Technology Matrix for Critical Languages???, Talker???, Alphabet Exploder???, Rapid Rote ???, LanguagePro?? and all functionality extensions are proprietary to Transparent Language, Inc. and available only from Transparent Language, Inc. Transparent Language, Inc. is the original designer, developer, and 100% owner of the proprietary software suite, and the Government does not maintain legal rights for this software that would authorize use by another contractor. DESCRIPTION: Software Suite CL-150 w/ Navy wide multi-licensing Maintenance Agreement A Firm-Fixed Price Type contract is anticipated. The total estimated value is $2.6 million (Software Suite - $2 million / Maintenance Agreement - $600,000). The FSC CODE is 7030. The NAICS Code is 511210 with a size standard of $23 million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this procurement shall be submitted electronically to the contract specialist, Wanda R.
